  Logo Usage Guidelines
 
The Wall Street Network, Inc. (WSN) logos are the visual signatures of our firm. Just as your personal signature should always look the same, WSN logos should always appear in a specific and consistent manner. The following document covers specifics such as colors, size recommendations, space requirements and more. There are also clear guidelines regarding which version to use for various applications as well as specific PMS numbers from the Pantone Matching System to insure accurate and consistent use of colors. The elements and proportions of this logo should never be altered and all applications should adhere to the color guidelines provided. The trademark symbols are a part of the logo design and should never be removed. All logos are a CMYK. This means that a 4-color process is used to create the varied colors and shades of this logo. Pantone colors should never be used when recreating this logo. If a 4-color process cannot be used in a particular application, please use the mono color version or grayscale of the logo
     
  Primary Logo
 
The primary version of the WSN logo that can be used to represent our brand in various business- to-business focused applications. The innovative network ring symbol with the WSN acronym has high visual impact, is the most recognizable WSN logo and is also appropriate in every situation.
     
  Company Name Logo
 
The elements and proportions of this logo with the legal company name should never be altered and all applications should adhere to the color guidelines provided. The trademark symbols are a part of the logo design and should never be removed.
     
  Company Slogan Logo
 
The elements and proportions of this logo with the trademarked company slogan should never be altered and all applications should adhere to the color guidelines provided. The trademark symbols are a part of the logo design and should never be removed.
     
  Color Logo
 
The elements and proportions of this logo should never be altered and the logos should always be accompanied by the copyrighted symbol ®. For multi-color applications of this logo, the acronym (WSN) portion should always be blue (PMS Pantone 2767C). The network ring should always be blue (PMS Pantone 2767C) and orange (PMS Pantone 1375C). The company name and slogan versions may be used only in the multi-color and mono-color versions provided in the examples below. Regardless of the circumstances, the colors and proportions of the logo should never be altered.
     
  Mono Color Logo
 
The elements and proportions of this logo should never be altered and the logos should always be accompanied by the copyrighted symbol ®. For mono-color or grayscale applications of this logo, the acronym (WSN) portion should always be black (PMS Pantone Black C ). The network ring should always be black (PMS Pantone Black C ) and grey (PMS Pantone Cool Gray 5C ). The company name and slogan versions may be used only in the mono-color and grayscale versions provided in the examples below. Regardless of the circumstances, the colors and proportions of the logo should never be altered.
     
  Area of Protection
 
A minimum area of protection, free of competing text or graphics, must be maintained around all WSN logos. The area of protection is consistent on all sides of the logo and should be approximately equal to the measurement of 25% of the tallest/highest point of the logo. This area of protection is required to ensure impact and understanding of the WSN brand within competitive environments. However, if the environment is controlled by WSN such as a brochure or publication, there is a certain level of flexibility.
