Security

Consider This

Digital asset security consists of provisions made in the systems and network infrastructure and policies to protect them from unauthorized access. This is a vast, confusing and notoriously difficult area of the information technology industry. Security professionals in government, law enforcement and business enterprises are fraught with the hidden dangers that threaten vital public and private infrastructure. Trojan horses, botnets, viruses, cross site scripting (XSS), electronic espionage, remote computer monitoring, phishing, hate groups, con artists, pedophiles, pornography and terrorism are easily accessible through the Internet. There is no shame in not knowing everything about information security, but there is shame in pretending and ignoring the threats. Wall Street Network partners with security leaders and visionaries to meet the challenge of the security threats that exist internally and externally in your enterprise. Much of what we read in the press contains little if any context associated with each new security threat that can assist senior management or IT staff in determining which threats to address, and in what priority order. Our goal is to bridge this gap, by providing guidance to companies who, faced with the seemingly impossible and endless task of securing their digital assets, need help deciding where to start, or where to focus.
